12 Steps groups

Should you need some help from a 12-Step group, it’s best to Google “12 Steps” or “Twelve Steps” and/or “anonymous” and the word describing the problem. So, such as alcohol, cannabis, sex, work, exercise, internet, or gambling.

Or the name of the particular 12-Step group if you know it, ie “Alcoholics Anonymous”, and perhaps your country after that. From there you should find a relevant website.

Please give the helpline a call or contact them in other suggested ways on the website. Whoever answers will understand your problem and offer suitable help, immense help that can positively  transform your life.

Of course any addiction can be life and death, and certainly lots of pain and misery.
